PS4 supports many streaming services, such as Hulu, Netflix, Amazon etc, but only for America. Let's see how we can make our PS4 be able to stream-up from these services from everywhere.
First you should have a fake American account. Because active accounts do not change in the settings, you'll need to make a new one. Here you can find a list of sites that have fake US addresses to use in your new account when prompted. So, create a new PSN account if the existing one has not been set as American.
Next you should make your IP hidden, so a corresponding service should be used. In this guide, I used Unblock-us, where it gives you a week free to try it out. You can use any other service you like, like Hola, but you can not know what is about these services, since it recently revealed that Hola sold its users' bandwidth for botnets. If you want to be sure, then you better choose a service where you give a small amount per month ($4.99/month). Unblock-us gives you instructions for many devices, but not for PS4. Good choice seems to be hide.me but I did not tried it.
Now your only thing is to set the PS4 up to connect to the DNS servers of the service you chose. You must log in to PSN with the account you defined as American and from there select "Settings" > "Network" > "Set up internet connection" > "Custom". In the IP selection, select "Automatic", in the DHCP Host name select "Do Not Specify" and in the DNS select "Manual".
If you use Unblock-us, then you should enter these as DNS:
Primary DNS: 220.127.116.11
Secondary DNS: 18.104.22.168
Now you're ready. Go to PSN Store and install the programs you want, such as Amazon Instant Video (gives you one month free), but also Hulu, Netflix and others. Note that you should do everything noted above before running a program, otherwise you will not be able to continue.
